Support

Operations: You are provided with operational support from a Franchise Business Consultant to ensure your Garage is running efficiently, while a full supply chain team optimizes your pricing model to help you get the best price for all your equipment.

Training: Our training program is a 5-day intensive course that has been structured to give our franchisees the tools and skills they will need in order to run and operate their Foam Garage location(s) successfully. Throughout the training week, time is spent learning virtually or in the classroom at our corporate office in Marietta, OH. Training sessions include information on administrative, financial, and managerial items, as well as topics regarding brand standards and protocols. We also come on-site at your location to plan and review your setup to ensure the best potential outcome. Franchisees will also have an opportunity to work with our Marketing and Design & Construction teams to make sure they have everything they need to stay on schedule with their opening timeline.

Marketing: Our in-house Marketing Team knows the ins and outs of the Foam Garage guest profile and has developed a marketing plan that will drive parties and equipment sales. Our marketing team provides assistance with creating a local marketing plan specific to your market and goals.

Development: Our team helps ensure the brand’s operational and image standards are upheld, establishes relationships with local and national vendors, and helps you monitor the construction timeline.

Information Technology: Our team helps to ensure your consumer-facing and operational tools are functioning properly in order to provide a positive user experience. This includes our online booking platform, POS system, and website.
